Families will be notified of acceptance by charter schools shortly after. 

For students who will be attending Kettle Moraine High School, please mark your calendar for the KMHS Course Information Night on Monday, February 2, 2026 from 5:30-7:30pm. We encourage families to attend to learn about KMHS course opportunities and the registration process. KMHS teachers will be available to answer questions about their course offerings. Prior to this event, we encourage students and their families to explore KMHS course options in the Academic and Career Planning Guide. Course Information Night is not a required event but rather another way to offer support throughout this process.

Laser Ladies of STEM

The Laser Ladies of STEM field trip for next week Wednesday is closing today since there are only a couple spots left. Please see Mrs. Olson to sign up or use the link in the announcements. 

The Kettle Moraine Junior Lasers Cheerleading Team

The Kettle Moraine Junior Lasers cheerleading team won first place in their division last weekend at the KML's Charged-Up! Cheer Championship at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson. Two weeks ago, KMJL won third place at the WACPC JEM Competition in Portage. The team's last competition of the season is this upcoming weekend in Elkhorn, WI. Good luck!!

3D Club

3D Club provides students with the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning, explore the world of 3D design and manufacturing, and develop valuable 21st-century skills. The club will meet on every other Wednesday after school from 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM in the school library.

White Out Dance

The PTO is excited to team up with the Student Senate for an all school dance. The dance has been rescheduled for Friday, February 27th (6-8pm). Admission will be $5 at the door. There will be $1 concessions for sale. Proceeds from the concessions go to the KMMS PTO. We need your help in collecting water, pizzas, snacks and baked goods. Kids Dance Clinic

Attention K-8th Graders: Come learn a fun Hip Hop Routine with the KM Varsity Dance Team on Monday, February 9th from 5-7pm with a performance at halftime for the Varsity Girls Basketball Game on Tuesday, February 10th. Game starts at 7pm. Cost is $35 and includes a Kids Clinic T-Shirt. Complete details will be emailed to registered dancers.

*A 2.99% transaction fee +.30¢ will be added to your donation and paid to Stripe for processing payment. There is also a "tip" that is automatically applied for Givebutter to cover the operating costs of the platform. This tip is optional. It can be unchecked or customized by the donor.

KM Lacrosse Registration

Spring is around the corner! Let's get ready early.  Lacrosse is open to both girls and boys, youth and HS students. The season runs from March 10 through May 30, 2026.
Youth players will practice twice a week and games on selected weekends.

ART

ART CLUB!!!

Interested in joining the Art Club? Art club is a fun time to practice your craft, stretch your creativity and make some new connections. Any questions, see Mr. Langenecker in the art room.

LEARNING LAB!!!

The Learning Lab is on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:45 - 4:00 in the library. All students not going to the Learning Lab must have rides arriving prior to 3pm. Only those students may wait in the vestibule just inside the front doors. 

STEM

This week STEM Forward will meet on our regularly scheduled day of Tuesday and add a bonus build day Wednesday. Please note that all members are required to attend at least one session and we have a goal of having at least 3 working machines this week. Please check your email for further information. 

If you would like more information about the STEM Forward Club, please contact Mrs. Olson in the 
Computer Science room.

LUNCH

NATIONAL HISTORY CLUB

National History Day will now be offering an additional day to meet during the week. Starting on January 30th, NHD will meet on Fridays, as well as Wednesdays. These meetings are not mandatory, but if you want the extra NHD time, stop by Room 601.

The National History Day club is a great way to make friends, and explore history through your own interests. If you are interested, or have any questions, you can ask Mr. Harrison. Meetings take place on Wednesdays in Mr. Harrison's room, 601, directly after school until 4:00.

LUNCH BUNCH

Love reading? Join us in the library on Fridays after lunch instead of heading to recess! Just grab a purple pass from the office, bring your favorite book, and enjoy some quiet reading time in the library.

STUDENT SENATE

The Student Senate meets in Mrs. McCaffery’s room from 2:45 - 4:00.
