October is National Bullying Prevention Month. You can use your partnerships to stand up against bullying. Remember that every student should have at least one trusted adult here at school. Having a partnership with a trusted adult means that you have someone to approach if there’s a problem. If it feels intimidating to talk to an adult, bring a friend with you to support you! If you have a friend who’s nervous about reporting something, offer to make an appointment with them and join them! Don’t forget to wear pink this Friday to stand up against bullying!
Attention 6th grade and any new ambassadors. Please meet Mrs. Cowan in the cafeteria, today, at 2:00 for a meeting.
Attention all 8th graders who are attending Fright Fest on Friday. The weather forecast is looking chilly, so you will need a jacket or coat. Remember that Six Flags does not accept cash so you need some form of electronic payment. Any questions, see Mrs Hamilton.
The KM Finnatics Fishing Team is hosting an informational meeting on Wednesday, October 29 at 6pm in the KMHS cafeteria. We will discuss tournaments for this year as well as fundraising opportunities. No prior fishing experience needed! Open to all kids in grades 6-12.
