Hey! I hope you haven’t forgotten, the dance is next Friday, February 28th! Admission is $6 and comes with a flower lei. All concessions are an extra buck. Make sure you have a ride there and back. See you there!
There is an upcoming Dine for Dollars (D4D) fundraiser at Clean Juice, running from February 24 to February 28.
Families are welcome to participate at any time that works best for them during that week. The most important thing is to mention the fundraiser or enter the code KMDousman when ordering online.
Clean Juice is owned by a Kettle Moraine family and they offer a great selection of healthy and delicious foods and drinks.
Jesus Club had a great first meeting this week Monday! We are looking forward to our second meeting next Monday, February 24, 2:45-3:45 in Mrs. Weske's room, Room 508. Any student from grades 6-8 is welcome to attend Jesus Club! This club is run by 8th grade students. Hope to see you there!
The Kettle Moraine Middle School Boys Volleyball program is back for the Spring 2025 season. The season includes games against Arrowhead middle schools and ends with a conference tournamnet. Our middle and high school teams have been very successful for many years and you can join this awesome program! Coaching this season will be Coach Van Dyke (current high school varsity coach) and Coach Gulak (varsity coach 2002-2021). Use this link to sign up today! In this virtual class, students will learn essential fundamentals to build a strong base in the Spanish language. Months of the year, telling time, present tense verb conjugations and sentence structure are just a few of the topics covered!

Love reading? Join us in the library on Fridays after lunch instead of heading to recess! Just grab a purple pass from the office, bring your favorite book, and enjoy some quiet reading time in the library.

The KM Forensics Team, where students speak with confidence and conviction, will leave Room 601 at 2:45 pm, right after school. They will travel to Wisconsin Hills in Elmbrook. This is the last meet of the year for the team and many are hoping for a shot to advance to State. This will be the last regular season meet for 16 of our 8th-graders. Wish the entire team good luck as they continue to sharpen their speaking skills.
The Student Senate meets after school until 4pm in the 6 Inspire house open area.
Members should be sure to bring a water bottle to the meeting today.

Tomorrow, 21 dedicated young historians will bring months of research to the National History Day Regional at Concordia University. Since last September, they’ve been exploring their topics, and now they’ll compete against students from five counties for a chance to advance to the State competition in April. Wish them luck as they proudly represent our school and the KM community.

Learning lab is on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:45 - 4:00 in the library. All students not going to the Learning lab must have rides arriving prior to 3pm. Only those students may wait in the vestibule just inside the front doors.
