The PTO is excited to team up with the Student Senate for our 2nd all school dance. The dance is Friday, April 10th (6-7:30pm). Admission will be $5 at the door. There will be $1 concessions for sale. Proceeds from the concessions go to the KMMS PTO. We need your help in collecting water, pizzas, snacks and baked goods. Slots are also open for parent chaperones. Please view the available slots HERE to sign up.

Course registration is now open. Students will be able to choose four courses per day (with the exception of Moving on to Kindergarten). To accommodate more families and staffing demands we will again run two separate sessions lasting six weeks total. Session one will run June 15 - July 24 (no classes 7/3). Students can attend the full six weeks or one session only if preferred. Session two classes will be a repeat of content and activities from session one, unless noted in the course description. We encourage new students interested in "trying" KM and meeting friends to sign up for Summer Academy. Courses are available to open enrollment students for a fee. We have an update from Mr. Morris! Cooper C. is in First Place with 48 points. It is a 14-way tie for second place with 46 points.
The rest of the pack follows with anywhere from 44 to 38 points |

The 7th grade Girl Scout troop will be having another cookie booth on Thursday after school! It will be in the same spot in between the boys and girls bathroom in the lunch room! The cookies are $6 per box and this is your last chance to buy cookies so don’t forget!

Track and Field has extended their deadline to Wednesday, March 25. After the 25th you will not be guaranteed a uniform t-shirt! Our season starts for 6-8th graders on Tues. April 7. Boys Summer Basketball Camps |

Join Coach Richert and the high school boys basketball coaching staff and players. Work on fundamental drills and skills. The Shooting camp for grades 4-8 will be held June 15-18, and the Toughness Camp for grades 3-8 will be held June 22-25 at the high school. | LEARNING LAB
The Learning Lab is on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:45 - 4:00 in the library. All students not going to the Learning Lab must have rides arriving prior to 3pm. Only those students may wait in the vestibule just inside the front doors. |
| STEM FORWARD CLUB
Attention STEM Forward team members. We have a bonus build day this Wednesday for those wishing to attend. It will be after school until 4pm. Please also note that the full schedule is out for the winter/spring build days. Check your email or get a copy of the schedule from Mrs. Olson's door.

NATIONAL HISTORY CLUB
The National History Day club is a great way to make friends, and explore history through your own interests. If you are interested, or have any questions, you can ask Mr. Harrison. Meetings will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays (Friday meetings are not mandatory, but if you want the extra NHD time please attend) in Mr. Harrison's room, 601, directly after school until 4:00. |
| LUNCH BUNCH
Love reading? Join us in the library on Fridays after lunch instead of heading to recess! Just grab a purple pass from the office, bring your favorite book, and enjoy some quiet reading time in the library. |
