KMMS DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

This week is National Associate Principals Week.  Today, we recognize our own associate principal, Mrs. Lloyd!  We hear a lot about how Kettle Moraine Middle School is one of the best middle schools in the state of Wisconsin.  That would not be possible without Mrs. Lloyd! 

Mrs. Lloyd is the queen of safety, the most dedicated educator, and the ultimate Duke fan. The more you learn about Mrs. Lloyd, the more you understand how much she cares about everyone around her. 

THANK YOU, Mrs. Lloyd, for the difficult and important work you do to make our school a great place!

YES there is practice tonight! We know it was originally listed on the schedule as a non-practice night. Please reach out to your coaches if you can't make it or have any questions! 

Students, teachers, friends, 8th GRADERS especially - this is your LAST CHANCE to order a yearbook!!!!  

There are still over 100 students who have NOT ordered a yearbook!  Many of these students are 8th graders. (Hear that, 8th graders???)

When yearbooks get passed around at the end of the year, you will want one  - DO NOT COUNT ON there being extras.   Last year we did not have more than a few.

We'll have fun music, a fabulous silent auction and ra les, appetizers, cash bar, wine pull and plenty of camaraderie. All proceeds support the KMEF, which provides scholarships to students and grants to teachers for education classroom projects. Early bird tickets (until March 15) are $40 per person / $80 per couple. KM teachers and staff are FREE! After March 15, tickets will be $50 per person / $100 per couple. Promote your business - sponsorships available! $500 Gold Sponsorship - Includes 4 tickets, signage and announcements at the event, and acknowledgement on the KM website and KMEF social media. $250 Silver Sponsorship - Includes 2 tickets, signage and announcements at the event, and acknowledgement on the KM website and KMEF social media. Kettle Moraine Middle School presents Willy Wonka JR. on April 11 at 7pm and April 12 at 2pm at the Kettle Moraine Prism Auditorium. There will also be an art show by KMMS students in the auditorium lobby. Tickets can be purchased online (linked here). Adults are $15, seniors and students are $10, and children 5 & under are free. 

Love reading? Join us in the library on Fridays after lunch instead of heading to recess! Just grab a purple pass from the office, bring your favorite book, and enjoy some quiet reading time in the library.

The Student Senate meets after school until 4pm in the 6 Inspire house open area.
Members should be sure to bring a water bottle to the meeting today.

Learning lab is on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:45 - 4:00 in the library. All students not going to the Learning lab must have rides arriving prior to 3pm. Only those students may wait in the vestibule just inside the front doors.
