Let's Make the Homecoming Game Memorable with Great Behavior!
Homecoming is an exciting time for all of us to come together as a school community and show our spirit and support for our school community. Before we get caught up in the excitement, let's talk about the importance of behaving responsibly and respectfully during the Homecoming activities and game. Remember that school rules apply at all times, even during Homecoming events.
Show Respect: Treat others, including students from other schools, with respect and kindness. Remember that your behavior reflects not only on you but also on our school and district as a whole.
Sportsmanship: Homecoming games are about more than just winning; they're about celebrating our school's achievements and supporting our team. Cheer for our athletes and encourage good sportsmanship. Avoid any taunting or disrespectful behavior.
Be Inclusive: Homecoming is a time for coming together. Make an effort to be friendly and welcoming to all your fellow students, even those you might not know well. Invite others to join you and make new friends.
Follow School Rules: Remember that school rules apply at all times, even during Homecoming events. Remember that your choices at school events impact your ability to attend future events. Make good choices.
Clean Up After Yourself: Dispose of trash properly by using the provided bins. Help keep the new stadium clean so that everyone can enjoy this game and future games.
Responsible Social Media Use: If you're sharing your Homecoming experience on social media, be sure to post positive and respectful content. Avoid sharing anything that could be hurtful or inappropriate.
Stay Safe: Safety is a top priority. Look out for one another, and if you see anything unsafe or someone in need of help, don't hesitate to notify an adult.
Enjoy the Moment: Most importantly, have fun! Homecoming is a memorable event, and we want everyone to have a great time and create lasting memories. Show your school spirit, display good sportsmanship and have a fantastic time!
