Hello KMMS Families,
Our October theme of, “It’s a great day to be a Laser when we treat each other well” kicked off this past week. A school and community that thrives, where all students feel respected, takes a collective effort from all students, school staff, and our families. In last week’s post, I wrote about what we will be discussing with our students.
Knowing that parents are a crucial part of the conversation, I wanted to share this resource with you from Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. This resource provides help on what to do if your child is being bullied, what to do if your child is behaving like a bully, and more.
As always, we are here to partner with you. Please encourage your child to reach out to someone at school if they ever feel mistreated. Parents are also welcome to contact us directly with any questions or concerns. Our partnership is key to creating the best possible school environment for all students.
Have a great weekend,
