Hello KMMS families,
Thank you to all parents and guardians who joined us for Parent-Teacher Conferences this past week. We value the opportunity to connect and celebrate your child’s progress and address concerns to help your child have a strong school year. If you have any questions or topics that weren’t fully addressed, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our partnership continues all school year long!
As we approach Veterans Day next Tuesday, we pause to honor those who have served our country. We’re especially grateful for our KMMS parents who have served and staff who are veterans, including John Blanchard and Frank Geboy. Your service and dedication exemplify the values we strive to instill at KMMS every day.
Sincerely,
Matt Kitzerow Principal

Greetings from the Student Services Department! We’ve had a great first quarter of the 2024-25 school year. As you may have seen, our counseling team has been appearing in monthly videos covering the topics of being “Ready to Learn” and “Treating Each Other Well.” Our 8th graders have made a trip to the KM high school campus. Our 6th graders have received a classroom lesson on the topic of Bullying Prevention. Most recently, our school counselors have visited 7th and 8th grade classrooms to deliver lessons on the topics of Safe & Appropriate Technology Use and Mental Health & Safety. Please feel free to reach out to any member of the team for more information or to provide any support you and your child may need!

This program provides a bag of non-perishable food every Friday to students who would benefit from additional nourishment over the weekend. The program runs throughout the school year and is completely free to families. Bags are distributed in a discreet and caring manner.
If you are interested in having your child participate, please complete this form.
If your family is in need of any additional food resources, please reach out to Baylee Kittel, School Social Worker (kittelb@kmsd.edu or (262) 965-6500 X4065).
