7 Navigate's "ALEKS Grinch" Food Drive
"Ms. Cuzman's seventh grade math classes recently participated in an ALEKS Grinch competition before winter break. In addition to their academic challenge, students were encouraged to bring in donation items for the Waukesha County Food Pantry.
Students rose to the occasion, with fourth hour donating an impressive 112 items, contributing to a grand total of 254 items for the cause. Their generosity will undoubtedly make a difference in the lives of the pantry's recipients.
The ALEKS competition also sparked friendly rivalries among the classes. First and third hours engaged in a spirited battle, with first hour ultimately securing victory by a narrow 3%. Meanwhile, second and fourth hour fiercely competed, culminating in a last minute win for fourth hour.
Overall, this competition showcased the impressive efforts of Ms. Cuzman's students but also instilled valuable lessons of generosity, teamwork, and community engagement. Ultimately, students were rewarded with some time to celebrate their hard work prior to break. Well done to all the students for their outstanding efforts!
KMMS All School Dance Coming Soon
The first middle school dance of the year will be here before we know it. The dance will be on Friday, January 5th in the old gym, from 6 to 8 pm. It costs $5, and you will have to bring your school ID. Student Senate and the KMMS PTO are jointly preparing for the "Winter Wonderland" dance.

The KMMS PTO is looking for a few dedicated people to spearhead a fundraising committee, for the Middle School. Committee members would be involved in creating an annual, large-scale fundraiser that would fund initiatives aligned to the vision and mission of the KMMS PTO .
