Hello KMMS families,
Believe it or not, there are only four weeks of the 2023-24 school year left. While it has been a great school year, we want to take a moment to ask our parents to keep conversations going with their students at home to help them finish this school year on a positive note. The end of the year can bring about some wacky behaviors from 700 middle school students.
To promote order and understanding among students, we ask you to discuss:
Treating others well.
Being where you’re supposed to be, and in a timely fashion.
Using class time well.
Asking teachers for help when help is needed.
Continuing to follow school rules, like not using cellphones in school.
Keeping hands and feet to oneself.
Keeping roughhousing and playing at bay in hallways and at recess.
Spring and now almost summer is in the air. It is important that our students do not lose sight of their responsibilities and their impact on their fellow students and our staff!
Cheers to a wonderful last four weeks of school,
