NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!! New registrations for RESIDENTS started January 16th. New Student Registration should not be confused with the annual registration that occurs every summer for students who completed the previous year at a KMSD school. Back-to-school registration for existing students can be found within Campus Parent Portal accounts beginning late July. Each year, our five high schools host info nights for middle school families from within, and outside the district, to learn more about their curriculum, learning models, activities, and offerings. This is a great opportunity to meet other students, and speak with educators and administrators.
KM is hosting two double-headers where the Boys and Girls Basketball teams will be competing on the same night. They will take on Muskego the 4th and Catholic Memorial the 6th. Both nights present a great opportunity to see some fantastic basketball and show some Laser Spirit! Get your tickets now!!
Deer District Prep Showcase February 8th at Fiserv Forum featuring ten of the state's top teams. The Lasers earned the primetime 6pm spot vs. Nicolet. Special ticket offer $12 per ticket. The goal is for each school to sell a minimum of 500 tickets.

KM's Little Laser Cheer teams competed at the WACPC JEM State Cheer Championship this weekend. The Gold Team placed 2nd in the Lower Elementary division! The Blue Team placed 6th in the Upper Elementary Large Division! KM Junior Laser Cheer followed up by taking 2nd in state.

Concert for a Cause
Our 7th Grade students have chosen HAWS as our charity/non-profit of choice to raise awareness and funds in line with our mission of a “charity concert”. The students have been researching organizations in our area to support and have voted on HAWS as the top charity of choice this year. In line with the mission of using music to support a cause, we are asking families to consider donating to HAWS at the concert. Both cash and online donations will be accepted, and we will have more information about HAWS during the concert. If you are able to, we would love it if you can support the mission!

CUSHING ONLY – Jump Rope Club The course will include learning to jump rope, skill challenges, team jump roping and at the conclusion of the course a jump rope show for parents. Course will focus on fun, exercise and learning new challenges. Course is intended for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. The jump rope show at the end will include a 1-3 min jump rope performance with a team to music. The students will be working on this throughout the course. Enrollment is limited.
