Global Fall Showcase

Global Students Share Their Learning with the KM Community!

Each semester, KM Global students investigate a topic of interest through an inquiry research process and present their learning in the form of a final defense while also sharing highlights of their project at a culminating community showcase event.  In these inquiries, students explore a variety of content areas to demonstrate high levels of critical thinking and application of their learning. Projects are chosen based on a combination of student interests and credit goals, and students are supported through this process by an inquiry learning coach. Students may also engage in related field experience, via job shadows, interviews, field trips, internships, and guest speakers, to learn firsthand how to communicate and network with industry professionals both locally and globally. Senior capstone projects highlight the act of service and require students to make a positive impact on their community (either locally or globally) as part of their learning.  Keep an eye out for opportunities to engage in these projects this spring! Watch the video to see their amazing work!
