This past Thursday, the KM Explore group came together to discuss the power of positive self-talk. This meaningful conversation aligned perfectly with our theme for the month, Believe You Can. We watched a video reading of the book The Reflection in Me and shared ideas about how believing in ourselves helps us achieve our goals. Together, we talked about how we can do anything when we put our minds to it and use the power of positive thinking and self-belief.
