This week, students from Global came over and taught all of Explore about sijo poems. Each student wrote their own poem. These poems will be submitted to the Wisconsin Sijo Competition. We were in "ah" over the student's creativity and collaboration. Poems can be challenging and some students had to keep climbing to reach their goal of finishing with satisfaction. What a fun experience!

Parents' Night Out April 24
The students helped planned this event. Here are some things it will include
- Jungle Theme
- Wear costumes (simple & not scary), hats or pajamas
- Paper airplane contest
- Crafts, movie (The Jungle Book) and games
- Ice cream bar
