ONE SPOT ON THE ITALY TRIP AVAILABLE!
One spot has opened up for the KM High School and KM Global culinary journey through the heart of Italy’s gastronomic legacy: Parma, Modena, Bologna, and Rimini! These iconic cities are the birthplace of some of the world’s finest foods, from Parma's legendary prosciutto and Parmesan cheese to Modena’s famous balsamic vinegar, and Bologna’s rich pasta traditions like tagliatelle and ragu. Students will have the opportunity to visit local farms, factories, and historic food markets, where they can learn directly from artisans and chefs. From tastings of world-renowned delicacies to locally-led cultural and historical tours, this trip will deepen students' appreciation of Italian culinary artistry, while giving them a taste of the culture and history behind each dish. Students will also be able to dive into the history of the region and explore cultural and historical sights only found in Italy. It's sure to be an unforgettable adventure that will inspire and educate!
Travel dates: March 26 - April 3, 2026
Please note: Due to the last-minute nature of this cancellation, you would need to be fully enrolled and paid by December 6.
Students must have an active passport and have completed or be enrolled in Foods for Life (KMHS students) and/or Travel Seminar (KM Global students) by March 2026 if they would like to attend.
