Hello Magee Families:

There is no video update for this week. Thank you for participating in Parent/Teacher Conferences. I hope the updates you were given gave you more insight into how your child(ren) is doing in school and what they are currently learning.

Here are a couple of bullet points for you to keep in mind:

• Candy for the Troops

  • Student Council is collecting any leftover candy from Trick or Treating. We will take the donated candy and send it to our troops overseas. The candy will be collected from Monday, November 6th to Friday, November 10th. The candy can be dropped off in Ms. Thuilliez's Classroom.

• Veterans Day

  • We are still collecting the names and addresses of veterans. Please complete the form below if you know of a veteran who would love to receive letters from our students.

Girls Scouts

All Magee girls are invited to join the Magee Girl Scout Troops!  New kindergarten and first grade troops are forming now; interested girls in grades second through fifth will join welcoming existing troops. Girl Scouts meet in a nurturing, inclusive environment to earn badges, develop friendships, and have fun!  They go on age-appropriate adventures, complete service projects, learn about nature and science, and explore the arts and their communities. Each troop meets once a month and often has additional optional activities throughout the year.  Please email Amanda at ANStack@yahoo.com for additional information.
