The Fall Scholastic Book Fair is coming to the Wales/Explore Campus later this month!
Oct. 27 – 29 | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Wales Conferences are Being Held - NO SCHOOL
On October 30th and November 3rd Wales is holding parent teacher conferences. If you haven't scheduled one, please reach out to your student's teacher.
Because of these conferences, we will not be having school on Friday, October 31st or Monday, November 3rd.

Costumes and Fall Festivities
Next week on Thursday, October 30th, our campus will be having fall parties, a dance, and dressing up in costumes.
Students are encouraged to come to school in their costumes and wear them all day. However, costumes shouldn't be large, distracting, or the blow-up kind. They shouldn't cover kids' faces or have weapons of any kind included. Thank you for your attention to these details.

Ms. Costello
We are so excited to announce that Mrs. Pinchard (our former art teacher) will be returning to Wales and Explore and teaming up with Ms. Costello for a bit of time as a special "Artist in Residence!".
She will instruct our students in making art pieces to decorate the Pabst Mansion for the upcoming season!
We are looking for donations for this special project. If you are willing and able, we would love the following items -

KM Youth Wrestling Club
Registration is now open for the 24-25 wrestling season for all interested in grades K-8. Season begins in November for intermediate/advanced and in December for beginners. Full details and sign up information can be found at www.kettlemorainewrestlingclub.com
LYBA Basketball- Grades 1-8
Registration is open for the 25-26 Youth Recreational basketball season. All students in grades 1-8 are welcome. Season begins in December and concludes in February. Grades 3-8 will practice one night per week with Saturday morning games and will be followed by a season ending tournament.
Grades 1-2 will meet on Saturday mornings for one hour with practice and game play. Our emphasis will be on knowledge and execution of basketball skills, rules, sportsmanship, fair play and attitude. Lacrosse Try-It Clinic!
Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly clinic designed to introduce your football player to the game of lacrosse. No experience is required, and sticks will be provided.
