Dress up days are here! Feel free to use this as an excuse to let the kids pick out their own clothing all week.
Homecoming Parade - Friday, September 26th
One of our favorite activities is participating in the homecoming parade as a campus!
The theme this year is "Gold Rush!" so we are going to dress up as gold prospectors (think: cowboy hats, handkerchiefs, overalls, etc.) and walk the parade route! Please bring your own gold/yellow candy or trinkets to throw to the crowd.
Meet in the high school parking lot at 5pm. Parade starts at 5:15.
Parents and kids are welcome to participate!

Chili and Mac Dinner
Before or after the parade, you can head to the high school cafeteria to eat supper courtesy of the KM Music Parents Association.

Friday, October 3rd from 4:30 - 5:30, we want to invite students, staff, and families from both Wales Elementary and Magee Elementary to come together to dedicate the new Butterfly Garden being built on our campus— a symbol of growth, transformation, and partnership.
Thanks to the generous efforts of the Magee Elementary Community, this garden will soon bloom as a peaceful space for learning and reflection. As part of the event, students are encouraged to bring a rock from home to paint and place in the garden, helping create a lasting path of unity between our two schools.
After the ceremony, our building will be open for Magee families to walk through the spaces to start getting familiar with them.
We look forward to sharing this special day - and our school - with you.

In accordance with our student handbook, families MUST OPT IN to school directories. If you would like your student's info to be available to other students for play dates, birthday invitations, etc, you must fill out the form below. Please fill out one form per child.
If you would like access to the collected information, you must email your classroom teacher or Mrs. Schultz at schultzr@kmsd.edu and ask for the directory, as it cannot be published on any public sites. The spreadsheet you will receive is a live document and will be updated as parents fill out the form.
Once again, you MUST fill out this form for Wales or this form for Explore in order to be included in the directory.
After it is completed, email Mrs. Schultz or your classroom teacher to ask for a copy of the directory.

Aerobics for Adults
Need that extra push to get started with an exercise program? Make it easy by joining the longest running aerobics class in the Lake Country area. For over 35 years we’ve been getting this community into shape, and making friends at the same time. The routines have been designed so they work for anyone at any age or fitness level. Go at your own pace with easy to follow steps set to a variety of popular music. You’ll get just the right amount of cardiovascular exercise, followed by floor work that will both tone and stretch your muscles, for a complete full body workout. After School Spanish
Discover the world of Spanish with Let’s Travel & Let’s Explore! In this engaging enrichment course, you will hop aboard planes, trains, and automobiles to experience the language through hands-on activities. As you explore travel-related vocabulary and everyday phrases, you’ll also dive into the rich traditions and cultures of Spanish-speaking countries. Offered on Thursdays after school K-5. American Sign Language 1A
Introduces American Sign Language (ASL) to students with no previous experience with ASL. Emphasizes the expressive and receptive conversational skills of ASL used by the Deaf community. Students will learn strategies on how to introduce themselves, colors, and numbers 0 - 15. Includes introduction to American Deaf culture. All ages welcome, students under 16 must be accompanied by a parent throughout the entire class time. Classes are held on Mondays in October. We are excited to announce that registration is open for tryouts to participate in the 2025-26 Junior Lasers Golf Team!
Kettle Moraine Junior Lasers Tryouts:
Email communication with tryout instructions will be sent about 1 week prior to tryouts. You’ll only need to attend 1 of the below tryout dates and specific tryout times will be communicated.
